If the Customer cancels his/her account, he/she will no longer be able to access the Products; no refund can be requested.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

• The Customer can access and update his information in his account at any time,
• The Customer can deactivate his account if he no longer wishes to purchase Products,
• The Client may ask what information the Company has collected about him,
• The Client may request that the Company make changes to the personal data that the Client has seen, but which he cannot modify in his account,
• The Customer has the right to obtain from the Company the erasure of his personal data (right to be forgotten),

For the Customer who subscribes to a license

Personal data is retained as long as the license is used. When the license is terminated, the data is still retained for 30 days.

In the event that the Customer’s account has been suspended or blocked according to the General Conditions, the Company retains the data of the Customers concerned for a period of 90 days from the suspension.

IT SECURITY

The Company applies generally recognized technological and organizational security measures so that the personal data collected are not lost, misused, consulted, modified or disclosed by unauthorized third parties.
