Can I get a demo of the software?

Yes, you can get a demo of the application by filling out the contact form available on the home page and mentioning the application you would like to see.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

The demonstration of each arketiks application is provided to allow you to test it before any purchase. In this sense we do not offer refunds if our product does not meet your expectations. However, when you take out a monthly subscription, you can cancel it at the end of each month.

What is an Arketiks online training software subscription?

Arketiks applications are accessible online, through your browser. When you subscribe to an arketiks subscription, access is given to you and unlocks the functionality of the application. When you cancel your subscription, your access is closed.

Which Arketiks online training software is available as a subscription?

The arketiks suite today consists of 3 applications:   

  •  arketiks Motion: Adding interactive elements to your videos then editing them in SCORM
  • arketiks Quiz: Creation of quizzes exportable in SCORM  
  •  arketiks Learn: Online training platform

Do I have to install the subscription software on my computer or is it a cloud-based application that I connect to over the Internet?

arketiks applications are hosted in a cloud and therefore do not require the installation of software. All you need is a good Internet connection and a recent browser.

Where can I purchase subscription editions of Arketiks online training software?

Subscriptions to various Arketiks software can be purchased on request via the contact form.

I'm currently using a 10-day trial. Can I convert it to a subscription?

At any time, you can convert the trial version into an arketiks subscription, do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.

When I purchase a subscription on Arketiks.com, do I receive the software by email?

When purchasing a subscription for an arketiks application, you will receive by email within 48 hours the access to connect and access the application. Time to verify your payment information.

What is included in my Arketiks online training software subscription?

Arketiks app subscriptions include:   

  • Access to the chosen application via your internet browser 24/7  
  • Online support by email  
  • Storage of your projects (limit of 1 terabyte per application)

What subscription plans are available?

The subscription plans available are monthly and annual. A price reduction is offered for annual subscriptions.

How am I billed for the subscription plan?

When you subscribe to a subscription plan, you pay in advance for the first period. On the 30th day (for monthly subscriptions) and at the end of one year (for annual subscriptions), we debit your credit card (used during the first payment) for the same amount to open your access rights to the period next.

Are there different payment options for subscription software?

Only credit card payments are authorized for an individual subscription to an arketiks application subscription.     For larger orders (> licenses) it is possible to pay by bank transfer. To do this, simply contact the sales team: contact@arketiks.com to request it.

What language versions of Arketiks online training software are available by subscription?

For now, arketiks applications are available in English and French.

When does my subscription start?

Your subscription begins as soon as payment is validated, which can take up to two business days depending on the credit card.

If I subscribe to several products, do I have to create several Arketiks identifiers in order to use them?

Your arketiks identifier is personal and unique. You do not need multiple identifiers if you subscribe to several arketiks applications.

What are the general conditions of a subscription to Arketiks online training software?

How many computers can I install my subscription software on?

You can access the arketiks suite applications from any computer using an internet browser. All you need is your username and password to access your arketiks projects.

Can I cancel my annual subscription? If yes, how ?

The annual subscription can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the one-year period. As the annual subscription justifies a discount on the price of the application, reimbursement for the current year is not possible.

If I want to resume my subscription, can I do so at any time?

You can resume your arketiks subscription at any time. However, for technical reasons, when you do not renew your subscription, we delete your access and therefore the content linked to your access. You will therefore need to save your arketiks projects on your own computer.

My subscription has expired. How can I renew it?

Arketiks renewal is automatic. However, it is possible that it is your payment method that has expired. Update your payment information to restart your subscription.

If I cancel my subscription, can I continue to use my software?

When the end of your subscription takes effect (at the end of the current month for monthly subscriptions and at the end of the current year for annual subscriptions) you benefit from 15 days of additional access to connect and recover your arketik projects. During this period, the recording function of the arketiks application is disabled; you can therefore no longer use the application to create new projects.

How will I receive updates to my subscription product?

Arketiks applications are regularly updated. Updates are effective directly in your browser with no action required on your part. Significant updates are the subject of an email communication which will explain the new features to you.

Vous pouvez importer du contenu à partir d’une variété de formats, dont des formats d’image (JPEG, PNG, GIF), des formats audio (MP3 et WAV) et des formats d’animations et vidéo répandus (MP4, AVI et MOV).

La suite Arketiks est-elle compatible avec les systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS) ?

Oui. Arketiks Motion et Quiz s’intègrent aux LMS compatibles avec les normes SCORM 2004 et SCORM 1.2

Est-il possible d’importer des projets Microsoft PowerPoint dans Arketiks Vidéo ?

Oui. Vous pouvez importer des slides créés dans Microsoft PowerPoint. L’importation doit alors s’effectuer sous la forme d’une image   

La suite Arketiks est-elle compatible avec Microsoft Windows et Mac OS ?

Les applications arketiks sont des applications web, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez y accéder depuis n’importe quel navigateur sur Windows et Mac OS.   

Certains navigateurs, tels que internet Explorer dont la version n’est pas récente peuvent cependant poser quelques problèmes.   

De plus, la performance des ordinateurs peut impacter la rapidité des applications, les opérations étant réalisées par le navigateur.
